Preventive maintenance programs and energy management under the new RITE:

Track all facilities with regular visits , acting on all elements of the climate system , thereby preventing premature aging of the same.

Covering the following sections.

• In variable flow systems ( V.R.V ) .
• In cooling by chiller pump and hydraulic circuit.
• In conventional equipment by air ducts .
• In nautica, HVAC equipment of vessels.
• multi -split equipment ( mainly small power facilities ) .
• Low power equipment type game console .

They each take an appropriate treatment, which can be different depending on the system used.

With a successful maintenance plan , we have a proper climate , which will work stably and accurately. And with that a satisfactory level of comfort is achieved by avoiding as much as corrective maintenance.
